What is a PUL cover?

PUL Covers are for use over preflats, flat or fitted nappies.  They are designed with extra room to cover all of the nappy area and to create a waterproof barrier between your childs nappy and their clothing. 

Think back to when we were in cloth nappies as children and our parents used plastic pilchers over the top of terry towelling nappies, a PUL cover is a modernised version of the plastic pilcher.
